  1. It’s actually fitting that it’s being released in 2022, I mean with the sequel/legacy movies being released right now the nostalgic essence and anticipation is what’s going to help the movie do well. I’m very excited.

”Son unos de los mejores conciertos”.

  3. Every once in a while I watch this trailer…such a thrill. One thing I notice how so many movies are going out during the pandemic on all those streaming services, but Tom Cruise wants people to watch it in cinemas to get the real experience. So he waits. That’s one of many reasons he is one of the greatest movie stars in history.

    1. I agree. Brando was always the greatest to me, but in all honesty, he’s made some horrific stinkers.

I can”t think of a single bad Tom Cruise movie. Plus the guy does his own stunts. He reportedly learned to fly real F-15s to do this movie.

Def. gotta rank him as the G.O.A.T.!!

    2. I swear I can not wait to see this in cinemas. Okay, actually I can, it’s probably the no 1 movie I want to see in a cinema.

    3. Isn’t paramount the one that decides when the movie is release? I know Tom is a producer but I don’t think the release is his call.

    1. me: I want this jacket for Christmas babe… But you are almost 50 honey… Please don’t make me to smack you like you never want to.

  4. I’ve only seen Top Gun through the memes and awesome music so I’m just gonna pretend this is a War Thunder trailer.

  5. The day I walked into the theatre in 1986 and saw Top Gun I fell in the love with the movie. Seeing the trailer for the new sequel still brings those feelings back. Cant wait to see it.

    1. ❤️ Thanks for the endless love and support you have constantly shown me . I’m forever grateful. I really appreciate your unconditional love towards me …Where are you watching from?

  6. None of that is CGI, he launched off of real US Navy aircraft carriers in real F-18’s. Same with the aerial shots. This movie is going to be sick.

  7. 33 years ago, i went and saw it in theatres, then bought it on VHS, three times cause i played it so much, bought the OST, bought the DVD, extended DVD, Blu-Ray, bought the jacket, the glasses, the flightsuit… I wanted te be a fighterpilot but my back ruined that dream. Top Gun made me the aviation nutcase i am today… Ow, i did learn to fly Cessna’s!!

  8. I remember watching this when it was released. Being so excited to see it in an IMAX screen. But little did we know. I hope we all get to see this in theatres everywhere. Because we all need a sense of escapism.

  9. When you tell people time goes fast and you are getting old… trailers like these pull you right back into your youth

  10. By the time this movie finally gets out, Tom Cruise will be 80 years old rolling in a wheelchair and singing “I feel the need, the need for speed.”

  11. “You should be a two star admiral by now, but here you are.. Captain.. why is that?”

Tom cruise – “Sir, for the last 30 years I’ve been flying a cargo plane full of rubber dog sh*t out of Hong Kong”

  12. My grandfather was a WW2 navy veteran who fought at Guadalcanal and other places in the pacific. My uncle is a army veteran and huge aviation fan. They started taking me to air shows at an early age and ignited my passion for aviation. I guess I saw the first top gun movie with my uncle when I was about 5 years old and we were crazy about it. Him and my dad also got me into motorcycles. I was riding on the back of theirs starting at 2 years old, so the bike scenes in the original film were a hit with us as well. My uncles and my favorite plane is the WW2 era p-51 mustang. If you know aviation you know the legend this plane is and how it stands as a symbol of freedom still today, and you can recognize the sound of its engine before you can see it in the sky. I have yet to become a pilot but I’ve shared my love of aviation with my wife over the years by dragging her (lol she likes it) to many air shows and aviation museums. My dream came true when she almost killed me with a heart attack by surprising me a with a ride in a p-51 as my wedding present from her. It was one of the 3 best days of my life. The others being my wedding and the day my daughter was born. The same day I got my uncle a ride in a Huey helicopter. I tried to get him in a b-17 ride but they were booked up. He didn’t care. He was ecstatic about the Huey. My daughter is 3 now and she will be going to her first air show with us this summer. My wife and daughter are about to watch top gun for the first time today and I can’t wait to take all of us to the theater when this new film comes out. Words can’t describe my excitement for this movie and I’m so glad that Tom’s p-51 is going to be in it. Tom and the aviation/military community know what a great addition it is to a movie like this and what it means to people like us. Thanks to Tom, the US military, and everyone else who had to pull some serious strings to make this movie possible, with little cgi at that. Also, If you haven’t seen American Made check it out. It’s another one of my favorite movies with Tom and with a lot of a aviation.
