  1. Lost In Random looks like a game that could have been made by Tim Burton, and Kena: Bridge of Spirits looks like a Triple A game even though it was made by a small publishing company. Both are great games.

    1. The Forgotten City is on consoles! I remember it launching on Xbox Gamepass not too too long ago, October iirc. It should be on the PS Store as well.

  2. One of my personal Hidden Gem games of the year is the Last Kids on Earth and the Staff of Doom

It’s An amazing game from an unknown franchise

  3. I’m surprised that Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth wasn’t mentioned in this list. It’s a MetroidVania, yeah, but my god the Sprite work is absolutely beautiful.

  4. Man JRPGs do not get enough attention in the west. Here is some JRPG gems that came out in 2021:
    Caligula Effect 2
    Cris Tales
    YS IX Monstrum Nox
    Mary Skelter Finale
    Blue Reflection Second Light
    Atelier Ryza 2
Neo The World Ends With You
Poison Control (very niche I enjoyed it but some wont)

  5. I wish more people played The Ruined King: A league of Legends story because its a series I hope they revisit with spiritual successors

    1. @RetroJ77 Is the same studio behind it. That’s why is so similar. Play it is a really good RPG with a pretty original mechanic

  6. I just got into Cozy Grove, Aer (I think it’s Lost Memories) I just like Indie games in general. Also just downloaded Spiritfarer 😁

  7. Death’s Door is the best of all the list, went hyped when saw it’s trailer and went more hyped after playing it on my pc

  8. Watch Mojo clearly didn’t play past the first part of Inscryption. What they reviewed was only part 1 of the game there are multiple parts that are way different and none of them are as good as the 1st part. if you think about getting it just based off what they showed you may waste your money.
