New Xbox One (with a 3.5mm interface on controller)→ directly matched with this headset.
Old Version Xbox One (without a 3.5mm interface on controller) → need an extra Adapter (Not Included) to match with this headset.
You need to manually adjust the audio settings of the headset plugged into the controller, please do the following：
1. Use the 3.5mm audio jack to connect headphones directly to the controller.
2. Press the “Xbox” button to open the navigation page.
3. Select the “Audio and Music” icon at the bottom of the navigation page.
4. You can adjust headset settings such as volume, chat mixer, and microphone monitoring on the Audio and Music screen.
Note: If you have plugged your headset into the port on the Xbox One stereo headset adapter connected to your controller, use the controls on the adapter to adjust the headset settings. (The Audio and Music controls at the bottom of the navigation page will be disabled.)

How to connect the PS4:
Double Channels Setting (The Default Channel of the PS4 is Mono. If the headset can be only heard the sound of one side. Please reset it into Double Channels.) Mic Sound Testing Click the Settings icon → Devices → Audio Devices a.Output Device → choose “Headset Connected to Controller” b.Adjust Microphone Level → adjust it into 80% .Output to Headphones → choose “All Audio”
How to connect to the PC:
1. The “Y” Splitter Adapter is needed(1 pin for Mic port, 1 pin for Audio port）
2. Computer Taskbar → Speaker Icon → Control Panel →Setting the Voice
